For nearly three decades, I've had the privilege of helping buyers, sellers, investors, and families navigate the ever-changing Southern California real estate market. My approach has always been different. While many agents focus primarily on selling homes, I focus on helping clients make informed, strategic decisions that protect their financial future.

My career didn't begin in real estate. I have a background in accounting, which taught me to analyze numbers, identify risks, and pay close attention to details. I later spent many years in mortgage lending, giving me a deep understanding of financing, underwriting, and the financial side of every real estate transaction. That combination allows me to anticipate challenges before they arise and develop solutions that many agents simply don't see.

Since earning my California real estate license in 1998, I've represented first-time buyers, luxury home buyers, growing families, downsizers, investors, probate and trust clients, and homeowners throughout Porter Ranch, Granada Hills, Northridge, Chatsworth, Valencia, Stevenson Ranch, and the surrounding San Fernando Valley communities.
