Experience, Integrity, and a Steady Hand

Real estate is about more than buying and selling homes—it's about earning trust, making thoughtful decisions, and helping people through some of life's biggest transitions. Those principles have guided Ed Kirkorian throughout his career and continue to define the way he serves every client.

Ed moved to Los Angeles with his family when he was just two years old and was raised in Hollywood. Growing up in Southern California gave him a deep appreciation for its neighborhoods, diverse communities, and the people who call them home. He graduated from California State University, Northridge (CSUN) and has proudly called the San Fernando Valley home for many years.

Licensed as a California REALTOR® since 2004, Ed has helped buyers, sellers, and investors navigate the real estate process with confidence. His knowledge, professionalism, and calm demeanor make him a trusted resource throughout every stage of a transaction. Whether assisting first-time buyers or experienced homeowners, Ed believes that every client deserves honest advice, responsive communication, and unwavering support.

Outside of real estate, Ed has dedicated much of his life to another passion—basketball. As a high school and collegiate basketball official, he has spent years making fair, impartial decisions in fast-paced, high-pressure environments. Officiating requires preparation, discipline, confidence, and integrity—qualities that naturally carry over into his work as a real estate professional.

Clients appreciate Ed's approachable personality, patience, and genuine desire to help. He believes that listening carefully, staying prepared, and putting clients first creates the best possible experience and lasting relationships.

As a valued member of the Cristina Arau Team, Ed is proud to help deliver the exceptional service, strategic guidance, and personalized experience that define Cristina Realty.
